Through this fund, we help cover the cost of gender-affirming care such as HRT, top surgery, and other medical expenses that insurance often denies. We also give back by supporting grassroots and national LGBTQIA+ organizations fighting for equity, access, and justice.

What is The Reforj Project?
The Reforj Project is a mutual aid and donation fund powered by Reforj Labs. A percentage of every purchase helps provide financial support for gender-affirming care like HRT, top surgery, and other transition-related needs. We also donate to organizations working to protect and uplift LGBTQIA+ communities.
Who can apply for assistance?
Any trans or gender-diverse individual, regardless of where they are in their transition or how they identify on the gender spectrum. This fund is for anyone in the community facing financial barriers to accessing affirming care.
What types of care does the fund support?
We prioritize support for gender-affirming surgeries, hormone therapy (HRT), mental health care, and other critical needs related to transition. We may also help with costs like travel, consultations, or required documentation.
How are recipients chosen?
Applications will be reviewed with a focus on urgency, need, and impact. Priority may be given to BIPOC trans folks, disabled trans people, youth, and those with limited access to resources. We'll operate transparently and with community input whenever possible.
How much of my purchase goes to The Reforj Project?
$1 USD is allocated to the fund for every unit of MAX-T that is sold. We’ll share regular updates about how much has been raised and where it’s going, because transparency matters.
What organizations does The Reforj Project support?
We contribute to both national and grassroots LGBTQIA+ organizations doing work in healthcare access, legal advocacy, housing justice, and trans safety. We’ll regularly highlight the orgs we support so you can learn more and get involved.
Where can I apply or nominate someone for support?
